Selling Experience In-Store is a six-part training course for Retail Sales Associates that focuses on an introduction to the four-step process (built by & for flooring retail sales associates) to manage customer interactions during the floor buying experience. 

Learn how these four steps help close more sales and lead to happier customers.

Six 60-minute live virtual workshops. Participants will be provided a learning guide for use throughout the course.

Selling Experience Outside the Store

Selling Experience Outside the Store is a four-part training course for Retail Sales Associates that focuses on ways to impact the experience when a customer is not in the store.  

Learn best practices in disciplined lead management and effective follow-up strategies at the various steps in the buying journey.

Four 60-minute live virtual workshops. Participants will be provided a learning guide for use throughout the course.
